Xylitol & Stevia

I use Xylitol and Stevia for a sugar replacement wherever I can. They are both trully healthy and even good for your teeth. I use chewing gums and mints when I want something a bit sweet. I eat peanut butter (no sugar) and strawberry jam (again no sugar) sandwiches instead of flapjacks and cakes at the moment. I'm doing well so far with my 'sugar addiction'.
